Self-reflection journal prompts that fit in a sentence

- If a prompt feels heavy, skip it. The habit matters more than any one answer.

Questions
How long should a journal entry be?
As long as it takes to answer honestly. For a daily habit, one sentence is enough; you can always write more on the days you want to.
What if I miss a day?
Skip it or fill it in later. A journal is not a streak, and one empty day doesn't undo the habit.
